For Regular-non Holiday visits, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation.
For Holiday visits, 7 days notice is required, otherwise 100% of the fees are due.
Clients returning early or extending services are responsible for the reserved time scheduled.
Office Hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00am to 7:00pm - OFFICE CLOSED SUNDAYS.

Before services, we will arrange an appointment to meet for a complete evaluation, at a date/time convenient for our clients.
We will discuss all services, special needs, care, contact information, answer questions and review our policy.
For Pet Visits we recommend making reservations 2-3 weeks in advance
For Boarding Services we recommend making reservations 4-5 weeks in advance to ensure availability and 6 weeks during Holiday Season.
